Hello,

Briefly, I am interested in this property so here are some questions for me to clarify.

Question 1,
What is the floor level?
(Although I see this is a low level unit, a 2nd floor onwards is preferable.)

Question 2,
I see this unit is fully furnished but does it come with a sofa?
(As this is not mentioned.)

Question 3,
Can you include the following in the rent by adding additional charges to it? (As one package)
- Electric utility expense (bill)
- Internet
- Air conditioner cleaning fee once every 3 months (Is this mandatory?)
- Utility bill
- Water bill
